Brittany Rogars
CEO & FOUNDER
A Fellow and long-standing member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM), a coach for Front Office Academy, and an ADA Certified Coder, Brittany has revolutionized dental practices by optimizing Open Dental Software, minimizing accounts receivable, maximizing insurance reimbursement, and implementing efficient onboarding protocols.
Her expertise also extends to leading successful Open Dental Conversions and managing practice acquisitions.
Beyond the office, Brittany is the host of the Dental Decoders Podcast and a sought-after keynote speaker, where she shares her practical insights into dental operations. A proud mom of two and a fur baby, she enjoys reading, exploring with her family, and belting out Taylor Swift tunes off-key.
Her holistic approach to leadership makes her a luminary in the dental community.
Stacey Feidt
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Stacey brings a wealth of experience from her background as a leader and business owner. Her professional journey has instilled a profound belief in empowering others, a principle that aligns seamlessly with SKF's mission to alleviate team burnout in dental offices.
At SKF, Stacey is excited to infuse her passion for motivation and personal development into enhancing team capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and gratitude.
Outside of work, Stacey is devoted to her two children and two grandchildren, who remind her daily that family is at the heart of everything she does. This personal philosophy drives her to support and uplift every member of the SKF family, ensuring that each team member feels valued and empowered. As Stacey steps into her role, she looks forward to diving deep into the community, understanding individual needs, and guiding the teams toward shared success and professional growth.
Alex Rice
Trainer
As our former Executive Assistant and current Trainer at SKF, Alex Rice brings a rare blend of precision, adaptability, and heart to everything she does. With a strong background in customer service and mentorship, she thrives on creating order out of chaos—whether it’s streamlining systems, mastering new software, or crafting the perfect spreadsheet.
Her eye for detail and love of organization are matched by a deep commitment to supporting others, making her an essential part of the team’s daily success. A lifelong learner, Alex is always exploring something new—from crafting and instruments to languages—and finds joy in the process of growth. When she’s not keeping operations running smoothly, you’ll likely find her volunteering in her local community, reading under a cozy blanket, or plotting her next travel adventure (25 states, 6 countries, and counting!). She loves the outdoors—despite an entirely irrational fear of sharks—and is always game for a little friendly competition.
Alex’s blend of professionalism, curiosity, and good humor makes her a vital part of SKF’s mission to empower dental teams everywhere.
Marina Soares Santos
Revenue Optimization Specialist
With a dynamic background across customer service, operations, and dental billing, Marina Soares Santos brings a unique blend of precision, empathy, and efficiency to her role in the dental industry. Her journey began in administrative and customer-facing roles, where she honed her communication and problem-solving skills before finding her stride in dental billing working with a large billing company. There, she became adept in eligibility verification, claims processing, denial management, and check posting, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for practices.
Marina’s experience also extends into team training and quality control, having led a team of agents and developed onboarding and training materials that improved overall performance. Her familiarity with major dental software systems like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental allows her to seamlessly integrate into any practice's workflow.
Outside of work, Marina enjoys reading, spending time with her cat, and going out with friends.
Valdemir Tavares
Revenue Optimization Specialist
Valdemir Tavares brings a calm, grounded approach and a sharp eye for detail to his work in dental billing and revenue optimization. With deep experience navigating insurance workflows, claims follow-up, and complex revenue systems, he’s known for creating clarity where things often feel overwhelming. His steady presence and thoughtful problem-solving style help practices move forward with confidence instead of frustration.
At SKF Practice Solutions, Valdemir focuses on strengthening revenue cycle foundations through clean processes, consistent follow-up, and systems that are built to last. He believes revenue optimization isn’t just about improving numbers - it’s about reducing team burnout, increasing accuracy, and giving offices the stability they need to operate with less stress and more control. His work reflects SKF’s commitment to efficiency, integrity, and doing things right the first time.
Outside of work, Valdemir values balance and connection just as much as structure. His favorite way to unwind is sharing a drink with a table full of friends or hitting the open road for a long motorcycle trip. And fun fact… he’s officially the first (and only!) guy on the SKF team 🙌 A reminder that new perspectives and steady energy make our team even stronger. We’re lucky to have him.

Rana Zubair brings more than a decade of experience in customer success and operations management to the SKF Practice Solutions team.
