Starter: Fully virtual option includes up to 20 hours of remote set up, up to 8 Hours of remote training, advisement on third party and customization, 2 hour follow up training session after 30 days

Basic: In person or virtual: 25 hours of set up, 12 hours of training, 14 days of post conversion support, 30 days access to our Strategic Knowledge Framework, advisement on third party and customization, 2 hour follow up training session after 30 days

Platinum: In person or virtual: 40 hours of set up, 18 Hours of training, 30 days on post conversion support, 60 days access to Strategic Knowledge Framework, advisement on third party and customization, 2 hour follow up training session after 30 days, 2 hour follow up session after 90 days.
