Her expertise also extends to leading successful Open Dental Conversions and managing practice acquisitions.

Beyond the office, Brittany is the host of the Dental Decoders Podcast and a sought-after keynote speaker, where she shares her practical insights into dental operations. A proud mom of two and a fur baby, she enjoys reading, exploring with her family, and belting out Taylor Swift tunes off-key. Her holistic approach to leadership makes her a luminary in the dental community.

Stacey brings a wealth of experience from her background as a leader and business owner. Her professional journey has instilled a profound belief in empowering others, a principle that aligns seamlessly with SKF's mission to alleviate team burnout in dental offices. At SKF, Stacey is excited to infuse her passion for motivation and personal development into enhancing team capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and gratitude.

Outside of work, Stacey is devoted to her two children and two grandchildren, who remind her daily that family is at the heart of everything she does. This personal philosophy drives her to support and uplift every member of the SKF family, ensuring that each team member feels valued and empowered. As Stacey steps into her role, she looks forward to diving deep into the community, understanding individual needs, and guiding the teams toward shared success and professional growth.

With over five years of experience in the dental industry, Chase brings unparalleled expertise and a passion for excellence to her role as Director of Revenue Cycle Management. Starting her journey as a Billing and Insurance Specialist, Chase quickly rose to oversee Revenue Cycle Management for seven dental offices. Her strategic leadership ensures smooth billing operations and maximized reimbursements, empowering practices to reach their financial goals and deliver top-tier patient care.

Driven by her desire to make a significant impact, Chase thrives on helping dental teams streamline their systems and unlock their full earning potential. Her family-centered spirit and love for her nieces, nephews, and pets, Sophie the cat and Moo Moo the dog, keep her grounded while she navigates her impactful career. We're thrilled to have her guiding our team to new heights.

TRAINER

Jenna Morris, our part-time trainer, joined the dental field in 2021 after more than a decade of leadership experience. With a background in managing teams of over 100, Jenna quickly thrived as a practice manager, where she expertly navigated numerous software conversions while mastering Open Dental software and leadership skills. Her ability to guide dental teams through change and inspire confidence makes her a valuable addition to the SKF Practice Solutions team.

Outside of work, Jenna enjoys exploring new places, attending concerts, savoring sushi, and spending time with her dog, Bowser. Her dedication to continuous growth and passion for mentoring are hallmarks of her approach, ensuring that each training session is both empowering and insightful.
